Such that the training modules aligned with the training offerings of the Organization and suited to the evolving project needs.It would be good if your skill and earlier experience matches our requirement to build strong content for training – presentations, training videos, webinar materials. In the process, necessary to keep in mind the ‘team force’ getting trained may be from diverse background, culture and language across several States; the idea is to train them effectively and empower them with skills rather than only ‘providing knowledge’!

You have overall 10+ years’ experience in leading agile teams building web and mobile products. Prior hand-on experience of atleast 5 yrs and teams lead experience of 3+yrs working on open source technologies such as PHP, Python, Mysql, Angular, React, Node, NoSql DBs in cloud environments a must. Have overall 2-4 years’ experience in data related technologies such as Python, MySQL or NoSql databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB. Good understanding of DB principles, query optimization and working with large data sets a must. Hands on experience with reporting tools such as Metabase preferred. You will be responsible for managing the data and reporting solutions delivery for the company and its clients as needed.
Have 1-2 years of experience with automated testing using Selenium Web Driver, API Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and manual testing, and manual testing. Good understanding of STLC including test design, requirements traceability management and defect management.
Have overall 1-5 years’ experience in driving overall roadmaps for technology-based products using web and mobile technologies. Experience with products that cater to low-income, low-literacy populations a definite plus. Experience managing product backlogs, defining product features, and using data to drive product uptake/ growth a big plus.
You bring 1-4yrs experience in UX design including user research, information design and visual design. You are obsessed with simplicity of design keeping in mind the user behavior. Experience designing solutions that are used by low literacy populations, apps in regional language a big plus.

Participate in strengthening existing M&E framework for organization as a whole and its important stakeholders.Designing methodology of assessing projects at various impact stages, geographies, program,models, outcomes and social welfare areas .Conducting surveys with methods like field study, calling, online, mobile, focus group etc.Willing to do frequent short-term travel to rural and urban locations.Our requirement is: 2 years of experience in impact assessment role in development sector. Prior experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis and visualization preferred.Postgraduate preferably from Sociology, Development, Management, Statistics or other Social sciences.
