Process
Online Citizen can register on the government's portal and Aarogya setu app
Offline Citizens who have not registered online in most of the rural areas can directly visit the nearest vaccination center and submit their Aadhaar number and mobile number and get their vaccination done. Few Gram Panchayats are also conducting camps for the same at the village level. From 1st May there will be provision for online registrations only..
Registration Process
Document Requirement A citizen’s valid photo ID proof {Aadhar Card, Voter ID etc.} is mandatory for registration. The Photo Id will be verified at the time of vaccination.
Steps 1. On the CoWIN website, click on Register/Sign in Yourself
2. Enter your mobile number, select get OTP
3. After entering the OTP “Register for Vaccination” page will open
4. Fill in all the details, including photo ID proof, name, gender, and year of birth. Click on Register.
5. Once registered, you will get the option to schedule an appointment.
6. Enter your pin code, vaccination centers in the pin code will show up
7. Select the date and time and click on Confirm.

Cost Government centres: free of cost. Private centers: Rs. 250 per dose
Second Dose One must ensure that the second dose of vaccination is taken of the same vaccine as of the first one. It can be taken in any other vaccination center. But one must register online.
