Our in-depth survey with 87 Haqdarshaks across 16 states is evidence of our sustainable assisted-tech model. The model has increased levels of digital literacy, leadership skills and brought about a positive change in communities.
And this impact is not short-lived! Most of our Haqdarshaks would like to continue their work and are yearning to learn more. Around 90% of our surveyed Haqdarshaks have said their income has increased their overall family earning. This is also evident in villages in the extreme interiors; where there are almost no employment opportunities for women. The report shows the promise of scaling up our assisted-tech model to create livelihood opportunities for women in rural India.
