| Claim process | Eligible beneficiaries can visit the nearest empaneled hospitals for the Test/treatment. To avail of the treatment the beneficiary has to submit the Ayushman bharat card copy, or he/ she can get it from the Ayushman Bharat Mitra who is sitting in the Hospital to assist Patients by submitting an identity proof. |
